About CEO & Founder of HMC
Sher Ahmad Hadaf, the founder and CEO of Hadaf Mining Company, possesses a broad range of skills and experience in the field of business doing & development, including over 15 years of expertise in conceptual design, feasibility studies, mining project/business planning, marketing, and administrative systems development. Additionally, he has experience in team building, product development, project/product testing, and implementing activities related to various minerals and gems.
Mr. Hadaf holds an MS in Mineral and Energy Economics from the Colorado School of Mines, which he obtained after completing his undergraduate and graduate degree programs in business management and leadership from Khurasan University, Data International University, and the American University of Afghanistan. He has conducted extensive research on the mineral resources of Afghanistan.
Since 2010, Mr. Hadaf has been involved in the mineral and gemstone business and has served as a member of several business associations in Afghanistan. During this time, he has worked with a wide range of minerals, including talc, marble, lead, zinc, ruby, sapphire, emerald, tourmaline, aquamarine, kunzite, garnet, quartz, serpentine, howlite, nephrite, and more.
For approximately seven years, Mr. Hadaf worked on the marketing side in the United States, focusing on building the Mine to Market value-chain, which encompasses the entire process of minerals and gems from extraction to delivery or buyer without involving middlemen.
